A Imprisonment for one year, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On June 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased precious metal 9 points, such as the Victim I’s G G convenience stores located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F apartment commercial G convenience stores, including KRW 18,600,000,000, and KRW 7,000,000,000, KRW 3,000,000,000, KRW 18,000,000,000, KRW 2,744,000; and (b) acquired stolen goods despite being aware of such fact.
B. On June 17, 2014, the Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that 13 precious metal points are stolen, such as the victim K owner of the victim K, which he stolen from the above H around the above F apartment shopping G convenience store, purchased 3 million won of the price, and acquired the stolen goods by purchasing 3 million won of the price with knowledge of the fact that it is stolen.
C. At around 12:00 on June 29, 2014, the Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that he was the precious metal 6 points, such as the gold bullion 5,000 won in the market price owned by the victim L, which he stolen from the above H in front of the above F apartment shopping G convenience store, and the Defendant acquired the stolen goods by purchasing KRW 1,30,000,000,000,000,000,000 won in the market price owned by the victim M, and KRW 1,599,00,000,000.
On July 14, 2014, the Defendant, even though he was aware of the fact that he had stolen from the above H in front of the above F apartment shopping G convenience store, he acquired the stolen goods in KRW 80,000,000,000, after purchasing the stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that he was the stolen goods of KRW 4,300,000,000,000,000.
E. On October 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around the street store in front of the above F apartment shopping G convenience store, KRW 11,00,00,00,000,00,000,000,000,000,000 won of the market price of the victim P; (b) KRW 5,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won; (c) KRW 2,000,000,000,000,000,000 won; (d) KRW 1,000,000; (e) KRW 1,000,000,000; (e) KRW 5,000,000,000,000,000,00,000,00,000,00,00
