1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On February 7, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) entered the Army on November 6, 2013; and (b) was discharged from military service on the date of maturity on November 6, 2013; and (c) filed an application for registration of a person of distinguished service to the State with the Defendant on August 6, 2014, by filing an application for registration of a person of distinguished service to the State, with knee, who had been on duty and had been on duty for eight months from July 2012 to March 2013, when performing the GOP boundary service for eight months; (b) repeatedly kneeless stairs; and (c) kneeeeeee-fee-fee-feghhhhhhhhhhs
B. On November 3, 2014, the Defendant rendered a decision that the Plaintiff’s disability did not constitute a person who rendered distinguished services to the State or a person eligible for veteran’s compensation, and notified the Plaintiff of the instant disposition.

2. Whether the disposition is lawful;
A. The Plaintiff asserted that, from July 2012 to March 2013, 2013, while performing the GPO boundary service for eight months from around July 2012 to around March 2013, the Plaintiff’s assertion aggravated the difference because it was unable to properly undergo military treatment due to the absence of military treatment system in the front door.
Therefore, since the difference between the Plaintiff and the instant case was caused by the performance of military duties or rapidly aggravated, there is a proximate causal relation with the performance of official duties, and thus constitutes a person of distinguished service or veteran’
(b) as shown in the attached Form of the relevant statutes;
(c) Article 4(1)6 of the Act on Persons of Distinguished Services to the State includes soldiers or police officers wounded on duty (including soldiers or police officers wounded on duty who are directly related to national defense and security or the protection of the lives and property of the people, or diseases in education and training;
The Minister of Patriots and Veterans Affairs shall have discharged from active service or retired from office by suffering the degree of disability.
