The Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a vehicle with approximately 50 meters of alcohol level 0.074%, while under the influence of alcohol level 0.074%, from Oct. 23:00 on Oct. 25, 201 to Oct. 23:0 on the same day, from the street in front of the acceptance buttert apartment in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, to the street in front of the Nowon-gu 1205 No. 1204.
