A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On December 1, 2014, around 02:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.04g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use ctel B Officetel B 1823, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Mambamin (i.e., a single-use philopon, and philopon) and injected them into the left part of yeast in a single-use injection machine, and then injected them.

2. On December 20, 2014, the Defendant transferred KRW 800,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of D (E) designated by the winners of name cards, and around that time, purchased approximately 0.24g of philopon, which is contained in a single-use part of the above name cards, at the front door of the office of Sung-nam-si Ctel at Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and then purchased it.

3. Around 04:00 on December 20, 2014, the Defendant inserted approximately 0.04 grams Dtel 410 in a single-use injection instrument, c.04gopon into the left part of the blood pipe, and injected them into the left part of the blood pipe.

4. At around 04:00 on February 10, 2015, the Defendant paid 800,000 won to the person with no personal name as the purchase price for philopon, and purchased approximately 0.32 grams of philopon, which is contained in a single-use folder from the above person with no personal name.

5. Around 14:00 on February 11, 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.04g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, dilution it into a left left part of clopon, and administered it.
