A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

50,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is not a person dealing with narcotics, was prohibited from selling, possessing, administering, etc. Mesophopa (one philophone; hereinafter “philophone”), which is a local mental medicine, and dealt with philophones as follows.

1. On April 7, 2017, the Defendant received approximately 0.25 g of philophones contained in D within Dongbcheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, a residential residence, from around 03:0 and received them without compensation.

2. Around 03:30 on the same day as above, Defendant 1 injected approximately 0.07 g of philophones received at the same place, as above, into a single-use divers, dilution with biocom, and used for injection to the Defendant’s arms together with the Defendant’s female, and the above E administered approximately 0.07 g of philophones using a single-use divers for injection to the Defendant’s arms.

3. Around 04:00 on the same day as above, Defendant 1 inserted approximately 0.05 g of philophones received at the same place as above into a single-use injection machine, injected them into the E’s arms blood transfusion, and used them by taking them into a single-use injection device, using the same single-use injection device to have the said E injection approximately 0.05 g of philophones into the Defendant’s arms transfusion.

4. On April 11, 2017, at around 18:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 ghonphones contained in E in a single-use injection machine without compensation from E in the above residence, and donylphones received as such were dilutiond with the conphones so received, and administered them with the Defendant’s arms inconosis.

5. On April 21, 2017, at around 02:00, the Defendant received, without compensation, approximately 0.07 ghon-phones dilutiond with the number of bio-phones contained in D in a single-use injection instrument at the above residence, and administered, with the Defendant’s arms for injection of such received conphones into the Defendant’s arms.
