Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on the Protection, etc. of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (production, distribution, etc. of obscene materials) and Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (distribution of obscene materials) shall distribute, sell, lease, or openly display any obscene codes,

From January 2017 to March 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a site of “F (G, H, and I)” from March 25, 2019 to April 21, 2019 in the territory of the Philippines building C; and (b) opened a site of “F (G, H, and I) using the Internet; (c) posted and manage various obscene materials videos on the said site; and (d) intended to attract customers to post advertising lots, such as illegal game sites, and receive profits from such activities.

On July 7, 2017, the Defendant posted a video file with a female child or juvenile in the form of sexual intercourse with the title “J” on the above F site via the Internet under the title “B” in the building B of the Philippines, and up to October 1, 2018, the Defendant posted a video file with a total of 236 women’s children and juveniles appearing as shown in [Attachment 20] No. 20 of the list of crimes committed from around that time to October 1, 2018.

As a result, the Defendant openly displayed child and juvenile pornography for profit, and publicly displayed obscene images using information and communications networks.

B. The Defendant, at around October 17, 2018, posted a video file with obscene images of 25,316, as indicated in [Attachment Table 1-19,21-35] from July 7, 2017 to October 17, 2018, by posting a video file with obscene images of 25,316, a total sum of 25,316, as indicated in [Attachment Table 1] from around July 7, 2017 to around October 17, 2018.
