On January 4, 2018, the Defendant, at around 15:27, 2018, connected the Jeju-si Building, the Defendant’s residence, to the “D” site via a computer, and posted a screen image with the content of sexual intercourse between men and women of the body as “G” in the title of “D” on the adult bulletin board, at least 535 times from that time until September 13:37, 2018, the Defendant distributed obscene images via an information and communications network, such as the list of crimes (H), 535 times in [Attachment] and the list of crimes (H) list (H), four times in total, 539 times in total.

A. On January 1, 2018, the Defendant, using a computer in Jeju-si Building B, which is the Defendant’s residence on January 3, 2018, connected to “E” (E) to “D” website via a computer, and posted a video image with the content of sexual intercourse between the victim J (W, 30) and the non-sex, and distributed obscene images via an information and communications network.

B. On January 1, 2018, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence, connected the Internet web site “H” to the “E” (E) by using a computer at the Defendant’s place of residence, posted a video image on the adult bulletin board as “I” and distributed obscene images via an information and communications network by posting it to the victim J (30) and a video image with a sexual intercourse between a male and a female.
