(Distribution of obscenity) shall distribute, sell, rent, or openly display any obscene codes, text, sound, image, or motion picture through an information and communications network;

Nevertheless, while operating I (J and K), A intended to link obscene videos to the above site, induce users to access them, and receive advertising fees from business operators who wish to broadcast to the above site, and Defendant A decided to link obscene videos to the above site.

From November 2016 to Nov. 201, 2017, the Defendant posted obscene images with obscene content 4,100, such as 4,100, at the Defendant’s residence located in the 108 U.S. N apartment operation, and on the said I’s bulletin board, the obscene images with obscene content revealed as “M”.
