Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and four months, by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and by imprisonment with prison labor of ten months.

Defendant
A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on June 8, 201, and completed the enforcement of the sentence in the Incheon Detention Center on February 16, 2012, and Defendant B was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on February 24, 2011 and completed the enforcement of the sentence in the Incheon Detention Center on September 28, 2011, and the Defendants are not the narcotics handler.
1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant received approximately 0.3 g of psychotropic drugs from G, which are psychotropic drugs contained in a single-use injection device from G, in the street near the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, at the lower end of September, 2012, from G, free of charge, and received them.
B. Around 21:00 on February 22, 2013, the Defendant received approximately 0.1g of philopon from B, which was contained in the disposable injection machine, within 511, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City H apartment.
C. The Defendant, around March 2013, parked in the vicinity of the residence of the JJ located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, was administered by dilution of approximately 0.1g of opon 0.2g of philopon purchased from J at around that time, and 0.1g of opon 0.2g of opon clopon purchased from J, with her flop, using her buck. D.
At around 07:00 on March 10, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.25 g of philopon, which is contained in the one-time injection machine B, within the residence of Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City K, one of the 100,000 won clopon purchase at the price, and immediately injected approximately 0.05 g of the said coponon at the same place, using the one-time injection device.
E. On March 10, 2013, at around 22:40, the Defendant: (a) concealed and possessed approximately 0.22 g of philopon onto the Defendant’s inner machine in front of his residence, at the time of arrest in front of the Defendant’s residence in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L.
