Criminal facts

On January 27, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on September 25, 201, and was not a person handling the same kind of power two times on September 25, 201, and was not a person handling the narcotics.

At early 20:00 on December 2012, the Defendant received approximately 0.4 gg of psychotropic drugs from D, a psychotropic substance, located in the vehicle of the Defendant, parked in front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, from D, within the vehicle of the cargo of the Defendant, and administered them with approximately 0.03 g of the psychotropic substance, which is located in the one-time injection engine (hereinafter “one-way phone”). On the same day, at around 21:0 on the same day, the Defendant parked in the vehicle of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with approximately 0.03 g of the above phiphone-phone, divers using the one-time injection engine, and administered them for sale.

At around 07:30 on January 12, 2013, the Defendant received approximately 0.4 g of a philopon, located in D’s cargo vehicle located in front of the above C&C, from the Defendant’s c.m. in the one-time c.m. vehicle, and around 08:30 on the same day, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 g of the above c. of the Defendant’s c.m. in the Defendant’s c. vehicle parked in the above E-Attachment parking lot in the above way.

At around 03:00 on January 22, 2013, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 ghon-phones located in D’s cargo vehicle located in front of the above C&C, which were administered in the Defendant’s cargo vehicle in front of the above C&C in the way above, and at around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant administered them in the Defendant’s cargo vehicle parked in the above E-Attachment parking lot.
