A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 17, 2019, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) around 01:20 on May 17, 2019, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s bar business by force by cutting off the glass fright to the customer on the ground that the victim does not sell alcohol; (b) cutting off the customer’s fright by cutting off the glass fright; (c) cutting off the customer’s face on two occasions by hand; and (d) making the victim’s buck bucks to the main point by taking twice a large amount of the buck site so that the victim’s bucks do not enter the main point.

2. At the time and place specified in paragraph 1, the Defendant laid the beer’s disease, which is an object dangerous to the victim E (n, 50 years old), the main assistant of the above beer, and took a bath to the victim (hereinafter “Cracks, racks, racks, and racks”). As such, the Defendant threatened the victim.

3. Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers in relation to 112 reported handling duties.
