A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2019. 7. 24. 00:40경 위 1.항 노래주점 앞길에서, 위와 같은 이유로 현행범인 체포되어 치료를 위해 순찰차 뒷좌석에 탑승하여 119구급차를 기다리다가 그곳에 있던 피고인의 일행이 피를 닦아주기 위해 순찰차 뒷문을 열어주자 순찰차에서 내려 욕설을 하고, 이를 제지하는 위 G의 복부를 오른발로 1회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the handling of the 112 reported case by police officers and legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of flagrant offenders.
