Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 04:50 on January 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) exceeded the victim D shop in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and (b) took off 16,000 won in cash owned by the victim, 16,000 won in national body cards, 1 agricultural CPC cards, 1 driver’s license cards, and 1 locks in which there are resident registration certificates.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On January 1, 2014, the Defendant, at the G convenience store operated by the Victim F, in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, by purchasing tobacco, fruits, and coffees, presented D’s national physical fitness card as if it were the Defendant’s physical fitness card, and then paid 18,800 won to an employee, using a stolen physical fitness card, and obtained the said goods from the victim and acquired the said goods.

B. On January 1, 2014, at around 05:30, the Defendant used a H-si operated by the victim’s nameless winners, and then presented the stolen national body card to the victim as if he was the Defendant’s body card, and used a stolen body card to pay KRW 3,900, and acquired pecuniary gains equivalent to the above amount.

3. The Defendant attempted to commit fraud, around 10:40 on January 1, 2014, ordered K cafeteria operated by the victim J on the 1st, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu I, Seo-gu, Daejeon, to carry out Kimchi ropobbing, wreeded, and to present D’s national body card to the victim as if he was the Defendant’s body card, and to settle 8,000 won as if he was the Defendant’s body card, but was refused to accept approval and did not commit an attempted crime.
