Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and an entrusted business entity, shall gambling by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things and offering property or financial benefits to persons who correctly predicted the outcome.

Around October 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) connected the Internet illegal sports soil site ("B", "C", "D", and "E") by using the Defendant’s handphone; (b) transferred KRW 4,800,000 from the F Bank account in the name of the Defendant to the I Bank account in the name of the H in the deposit account of the said sports earth site (number G) and deposited it in cyber money; (c) anticipated the results of the games, such as the winning and scores in advance with respect to the specific sports among various sports games, such as domestic and foreign festivals and camping districts, and expected such results of the games, and caused the cyber money to be filled in, or lost or deficited according to the actual competition, by means of receiving dividends in accordance with the dividend rate; and (d) deposited KRW 160,500,000,00 in total from around that time to March 6, 2018, the Defendant collected KRW 10,500,000,00.

As a result, the defendant was stuffed by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things to persons other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and the entrusted business entity, and providing property or property benefits to persons who win the results.
