A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with the business of a victim H convenience store;

A. The Defendant, on May 1, 2016, at the J convenience point operated by the victim I in Changwon-si, Changwon-si around 10:00, the same year
