A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 2286] On June 30, 2014, the Defendant stolen the victim D’s “E convenience store” that he works as an employee by the Government-si C, and, without the victim’s permission, the Defendant stolen the victim D’s disease, which is equivalent to KRW 500,00,000, in the air conditioners, from the air conditioners, in a manner of cutting off the Plaintiff’s disease, and drinking water.

[2014 Highest 2353]

1. On July 12, 2014, from around 11:00 to 12:00, the Defendant stolen the victim G in Speaker from “E convenience store” where the victim G in Speaker work as an employee, without the victim’s permission, by taking out one disease of the amount equivalent to KRW 1,200 in the air conditioners at the air conditioners, and by drinking at the site.

2. On July 13, 2014, the Defendant, at the place described in paragraph (1) at around 23:13, stolen a small-scale owner’s disease equivalent to KRW 1,200 in the market price from the air conditioners by taking it out from the air conditioners, and by drinking at that place.

[2014 Highest 2365] On July 8, 2014, the Defendant stolen the victim I, at the J convenience point where the Government-Si Ha works as an employee, in a manner of cutting off the 1,200 won of the market price at the display stand in the display stand without the victim’s permission.

[2014 Highest 2393] On July 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) laid off one of the 'E' points at which the victim D works at the Council-si C on July 3, 2014; (b) 'E' points at which the victim D works at the Council-si C, without the victim's permission; and (c) then cut off one of the 'E' points at which the market price is equivalent to KRW 1,200,000, which was displayed at the cooling, and then stolen one of the goods at the market price of KRW 3,100,00, which was displayed at the cooling.

[2014 Highest 2465] On July 4, 2014, the Defendant stolen the victim L, operated by the Government-si L, the victim L, from July 17, 2014, by taking the victim’s 1,300 won of the market price owned by the victim who was in the said convenience store coolant, without the victim’s permission.

[2014 Highest 2467] The Defendant was the victim at the O convenience store located N in Gu Government-si around 14:50 on July 10, 2014.
