A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on August 25, 2016; was sentenced to 4 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny; was sentenced to 8 months at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on September 13, 2017; was sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc.; and was sentenced to 1 year at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on July 6, 2018 at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on May 15, 2019 to 3 or more times and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Government prison on May 15, 2019.

around 22:05 on September 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) taken away one disease from the market price of 1,100 won of the victim’s management in the air conditioning in the air conditioning in the area where the surveillance of the victim D, who is an employee, was neglected; and (b) cut off the victim’s disease at the same place.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times with prison labor due to the theft crime, and the victim's property was stolen during the repeated crime period.

around 12:50 on September 16, 2019, the Defendant stolen another’s property over 10 times from September 16, 2019 to September 22, 2019, by taking advantage of the gap in the victim F operation in the “G’s operation” in the Government-si, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1,950,00, the market price of which was located in the convenience store by taking out the said gap without calculating one bomb, which is equivalent to KRW 3,90,00, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1,950, and by taking out the said bomb, which was located in the convenience store.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times with prison labor due to the theft crime, and the victim's property was stolen during the repeated crime period.
