Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 16, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 6 months, 2 years of suspended sentence, 1 year of suspended sentence, 3 years of suspended sentence, and 30,000 won of fine in the Yeongdeungpo Branch of the Cheongju District Court on May 3, 2012, and 5 times of the same criminal records.
On March 7, 2012, the Defendant, without a motorcycle driver's license, driven a non-registered motorcycle with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.176%, while under the influence of alcohol on March 7, 2012, and proceeded with the clock Kancheon-gun, Yancheon-gu, Yancheon-do road, which is located in the Yancheon-gu, Yancheon-gun, Yancheon-do, as the cyang elementary school
