Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] Around January 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for larceny at the Changwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Changwon Prison around January 23, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On June 22, 2015, the Defendant cut off one copy of the resident registration certificate owned by the victim and one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate at the hand room, which was suffering from the victim’s inner wall of the victim and C, in a son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s her son

2. The crime on June 22, 2015;

A. As described in paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) opened a stolen E’s resident registration certificate using the stolen E’s resident registration certificate; (b) opened the mobile phone in the name of E; (c) sold the mobile phone device while raising living expenses by selling it; and (d) around June 22, 2015, the Defendant entered the name of “E” in the “T-related service new contract form” stored at the G mobile phone agency located at the F at the relevant place in the “T-related service new contract form”; and (c) stated “E” in the “E”, “H” and “S” in the statutory date of birth; and (d) stated the name of “E” in the customer (agent) column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the mobile phone new contract under the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document

As described in the paragraph, the aforementioned G mobile phone agency exercised a false document as if it was a document duly formed to an employee of the above G mobile phone agency who is unaware of the forgery.

C. The Defendant was guilty.

As described in paragraph (1), the defendant presents forged mobile phone new contracts and E's resident registration certificates at the J-Carrying Call Agency operated by the victim I, and deceiving the employees of the above mobile phone agency as if the defendant entered into a mobile phone new contract on behalf of E as the foreign woman of E, and that is, the market price from the above employees.
