Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a ship-to-state China, called "C", is a ship-to-be Chinese who agreed to receive a fee from a Chinese person who intends to be employed in the Republic of Korea to enter Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (hereinafter referred to as "Do") as a non-Visa tourist status, and arrange to leave the Republic of Korea to another area (hereinafter referred to as "out the Do").

The consent of E is obtained from E, and on February 2012, it is intended to pay consideration to G through F (the custody indictment on March 21, 2012, the conviction of conviction on April 21, 2012) using forged resident registration certificates to allow Chinese people to leave the country by using the forged resident registration certificates.

Note I would like to obtain consent from G, and pay consideration to H around March 2, 2012 (the Non-Detention of March 21, 2012, the final conviction of April 21, 2012, and the final conviction of April 21, 2012) if I would help Chinese people leave the country.

The Defendant, along with E, entered Jeju Island from February 12, 2012 to February 15, 2012, in a disguised manner, from Jeju-do.
