Punishment of the crime

1. Around October 10:30 on October 5, 2016, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim by openly insulting the victim by 112 reporting (12 No. 1093) that “a two male son was written” within the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu 497-22.
