Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million and by a fine of KRW 3 million, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인들의 공동범행 피고인들은 2013. 8. 12. 04:15경 순천시 F에 있는 G 옷가게 앞 도로에서 싸움을 하고 있다는 신고를 받고 출동한 순천경찰서 H파출소 소속 경위인 피해자 I이 사건 경위에 대해 묻자, 피고인 A는 일행 7명 등이 있는 자리에서 "짭새 새끼들아, 좆같은 새끼들아"라고 소리를 질러 공연히 I을 모욕하였다.
