Text
1. The decision of the first instance shall be revoked;
2. Of the notice of audit results given by the respondent to an applicant on 2017, 10, 27. The shares listed in the attached list among the notice of the result of audit results shall be suspended by 30 days from the date the Seoul Administrative Court 2018 Guhap52624 case was sentenced.
Reasons
According to the explanatory materials submitted by the applicant, it is urgently needed to suspend the effect to prevent irrecoverable damage caused to the applicant due to the disposition referred to in Paragraph 2 of the Disposition.It is recognized that there is no evidence that the suspension of the effect is likely to seriously affect the public welfare.
Therefore, the prior application should be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning. The decision of the first instance court is unfair on the grounds of its conclusion, and thus it is revoked, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
