A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

[Attachment] The Defendant: (a) based on the fact that a name tag or employee card of the department store may enter an exclusive entrance for employees without any special procedure prior to the opening of the department store; (b) in the past, the Defendant used an employee name tag received from a new global department store in the Busan metropolitan department store located in the Busan metropolitan transportation Daegu-dong, where the Defendant was on duty, or used an Internet search using the employee card of the department store; and (c) neglected to intrude into the department store and take property by using the Internet search.

1. On December 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 08:35, December 22, 2014, 2014; (b) around 08:35, the Defendant: (c) displayed the name tag of the school library staff in the New World department store located in the Busan Ma-dong, Busan Ma-gu, Busan, to the security personnel; and (d) went into action as if he was an employee of the department store; (c) intrudes the said department store; and (d) subsequently, the Defendant stolen the amount of KRW 1,680,00 of the market price displayed for sale at “C” stores in the victim B’s “C store located in the fifth floor of the department store; and (d) took off the amount of KRW 1,680,00,00, male cock in the market price of KRW 658,00,000.

2. On February 3, 2015, around 08:00 on February 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 08:0, the Defendant: (b) displayed the name tag of the employees of the said department store that he/she was in possession of the said department store to the security personnel; (c) intrudes the said department store as if he/she was an employee of the said department store; (d) intrudes the victim D management in the said department store’s “E store” in the said department store; and (e) cut off the Plaintiff’s 1,490,000 won at the market price displayed for sale at the said department store.

3. On February 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a structure intrusion; (b) theft around February 4, 2015; and (c) around February 08:38, 2015, the instant department store store was manufactured and possessed by the Defendant.
