A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2013 Highest 1385"
1. On January 25, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) worked in D department stores located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; (b) used the said D department stores as employees, and used them to know the employees’ entrance to the said department stores; and (c) intruded into the building; and (d) used the victim F-owned market price of 4.20,000 won, which was located in the 4th floor E store; and (b) stolen the amount of 8.440,00 won.
2. On February 7, 2013, at around 01:00, the Defendant intruded into the department stores by the method described in paragraph (1) at the places described in paragraph (1), as well as the method described in paragraph (1), and stolen the amount of 1.60,00 won, i.e., KRW 820,00,00 in the victim F, which was located in the 4th floor E store, into the shopping bags in which the market price is equivalent to KRW 8.20,00,000, and 2,000,00
3. On February 18, 2013, at the location described in paragraph (1), the Defendant intruded into the department store in the same manner as described in paragraph (1) at the location described in paragraph (1), and stolen the amount of KRW 3.240,00,000, by inserting the victim’s 1 punishment, which is equivalent to 8.20,000,000,000,000,000,000 won in the victim’s 4th floor E store, and 2.240,000,000,000,000 won in the shopping bags in the store.
4. On February 26, 2013, at the location described in paragraph (1) around 22:15, the Defendant intruded into the department stores in the same manner as described in paragraph (1), and stolen the Defendant’s KRW 4,285,00,00, by inserting the amount of KRW 820,000,000 in the victim’s market price, which is equivalent to KRW 3,20,000,00,000, in the victim’s 4th floor E store room, and then 2,000,000, in the shopping bags where the market price is 4,285,00,00.
5. On February 26, 2013, at around 22:20, the Defendant intrudes into the department stores in the same manner as described in paragraph (1) at the places described in paragraph (1), and thereafter was in the escape room of the fourth G store, the market price at which the Defendant owned the victim H.
