A thief: (a) around November 4, 2016, at the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (b) stolen a mobile phone case involving the victim’s personal phone number of KRW 600,000,000, and cash 30,000,000, in which the victim’s market price on the container was placed on the container of the victim, by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) stolen the victim’s mobile phone number.

2. On November 4, 2016, around 15:25, the Defendant in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, at the vicinity of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. In addition, the Defendant hiding the knife knife (30cm in total length, 20cm in length on the day) and the knife knife with the knife knife in the inner part of the knife.

Accordingly, the defendant is able to use an extension to inflict serious harm on human life or body or to intrude on a house or other structure without any justifiable reason and carry it with him/her.

H In such a manner as to show the completion of the entrance certificate of Gangnam point of the department store as if the above games were admitted to the above department store, and intrudes into the building, and confirms the business reserve fund withdrawal ID and passwords stated in the end point of this paragraph on the PDA on the part of the PDA store at the fourth floor of the building, and then collects 300,000 won of cash owned by the victim by inputting the above ID and password during the employee-only reserve withdrawal period established on the fifth floor of the same building on the same day at around 07:28 on the same day.
