A Imprisonment of 8 months, Defendant B’s imprisonment of 8 months, Defendant D’s imprisonment of 10 months, and Defendant E’s imprisonment of 8 months.

Punishment of the crime

The "National Housing Fund Loan System" is a system in which a commercial bank can receive a loan up to 70% from a commercial bank when ordinary people below 50,000 won have obtained a loan from a commercial bank with the above fund, and 90% of the loan can be compensated for 90% of the loan even if the loan is impossible to collect due to the guarantee of the Korea Housing Finance Corporation.

Because of the guarantee of the Korea Housing Finance Corporation, commercial banks offer loan loans to the Korea Housing Finance Corporation, commercial banks (hereinafter “formers”) to invite the lessee (hereinafter “formers”) who is the nominal owner to apply for the loan of a deposit money, lessor who is the real estate owner to conclude a false lease contract, and lessee who is the real estate owner to enter into a false lease contract, and conspired with the Defendants to obtain the loan by deceiving the banks by deceiving the documents as if the lessee actually entered into the lease contract and the lessee works for the company.

1. As above, Defendant A submitted a false charter agreement to the bank, received a loan of the entire charter fund, and conspired to have it divided into I and Brokers, etc.

On January 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a false contract for lease from a woman I living together on the street in front of the Busan High-dong Busan High-dong Financial Center; (b) received a false certificate of employment from a L company from October 2, 2012 to January 8, 2013, as if the Defendant was working for a L company from October 2, 2012 to January 2013.

On January 2013, the Defendant applied for a loan of 35 million won to an employee in charge of the loan of 35 million won in the name and incompetence at the above Da-dong Financial Center, which was a victim of the company, at the time of the company's mid-2013, the Defendant did not lease the above real estate owned by J, and was working for L company.
