Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 20, 2012, the Defendant stated that “Around December 20, 2012, the Victim R would send a contact pocket to the victim “I wish to send a ticket if I would transfer the price.”
However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send a normal ticket.
Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as such and received 220,000 won from the national bank account in T's name on the same day.
In addition, from that time until November 8, 2013, the Defendant received total of KRW 10,012,550 from 70 victims, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, from that time, and acquired them by deception.

1. Around July 23, 2013, the criminal defendant against the victim V told the victim that “The victim V would send the right to receive cultural products if he/she remitted the money to the victim,” stating that the victim V would purchase cultural products posted on the World bulletin board of the website.
However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the right to normally cultural products.

2. Around August 10, 2013, the Defendant expressed that “A victim X would send a cell phone phone to an ombudsman or Motoo, if he/she transfers the price,” to the victim, stating that the victim X would purchase a cell phone posted on the W bulletin board on the Internet website.”
However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send a normally cell phone.
