Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2016, around 01:36, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol in front of the 10 (Salydong) Ansan Police Station in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and was pushed off with the upper border D belonging to the Ansan Police Station C, who was working at the elementary school at the elementary school, once in his/her hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on guard guard.
