Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 27, 2013, the Defendant posted a notice on the Internet Nene B’s bulletin stating that “I will transfer KRW 530,000 to a corporate bank account” to the victim C who reported the above writing at a non-place and expressed his intention to purchase by telephone.

However, the above facts did not have any intention or ability to sell “glard650 Cameras” as above.

The Defendant received 530,000 won from the victim who made a false statement to the above account on the same day as the victim believed to be true.
