Joint crimes A and the Defendant posted a false article on the Internet’s trading website, and conspired with the victim who believed and contacted that it is true to commit fraud by deceiving the victim, and then receive money. A posted a false article on the Internet’s purchase and trading website, and the Defendant shared the role of collecting another’s name account and another’s name’s account, etc., and distributed 1/2 of the profits to the Defendant.

On August 11, 2018, A and the Defendant posted a false letter to sell a camera on “N”, which is a trading site on the Internet, and reported it to the victim S who made contact with the victim, stating that “I would sell the purchase price to the account.”

However, even if A and the defendant receive money, they did not have the intention and ability to sell the goods.

A and the Defendant, as such, obtained 5,985,00 won from 37 victims from August 11, 2018 to September 13, 2018, including the receipt of 570,000 won from T-Name P Cooperative (Account Number: U) account from the victim, and acquired 5,985,000 won from 37 victims from August 11, 2018 to September 13, 2018.

[2018 Highest 3188] A and the Defendant posted an article stating that they sell false goods on the Internet’s trading site, conspired to receive money by deceiving a victim who believed and contacted to be true, and receive money. After posting a false statement on the Internet, A and the Defendant decided to share the role by collecting another’s name account, N account, etc. used for committing fraud, and distribute profits to 1/2.

On August 12, 2018, A and the Defendant posted a false letter stating that they sell Bomeras to N”, which is an online trading site, and reported and contacted the victim.
