The punishment of the accused shall be determined by six months of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the “E” childcare center located in Gwangju-gu, was in charge of F, as infant care teachers in charge of duties such as infant care, health care, consultation with guardians, etc., and the victim G (Y 2) and H (3) were in charge of this reflect.

1. On October 5, 2016, around 12:20 on October 5, 2016, the Defendant, at around 12:20 on the second floor of the above childcare center, was fluording the victim’s body in his/her hand on the ground that he/she did not put the victim’s fluort while leaving the fluor in order to refluorize the fluor, thereby leaving the victim’s body over the floor.

2. On October 31, 2016, around October 31, 2016, the Defendant abused a child, who was drinking the victim G from the second floor F of the above childcare center around October 31, 2016, caused the victim to be pushed down on the ground that the victim was not drinking well.

3. On November 4, 2016, around 11:54 on November 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was drinking from the second floor F of the above childcare center to the victim G on the second floor of the childcare center on the ground that the victim was not drinking well; (b) was pushed the victim on a water reservoir, which was boomed by the victim on the ground that he was not drinking well; and (c) caused the victim to go beyond the floor.

4. On November 15, 2016, around November 11:18, 2016, the Defendant abused a child, who took photographs of the appearance of other son from the second floor F of the above childcare center on November 15, 2016, and went beyond the victim on his hand on the ground that the victim G was shot and obstructed.

5. On November 15, 2016, around 11:56, the Defendant abused a child on November 15, 2016: (a) 11:56 around November 15, 2016, when the Defendant was drinking the victim H from the second floor F of the above childcare center on November 15, 2016, caused the victim’s front horse in front of the victim’s boomed on the ground that the victim was not drinking well.

6. On November 23, 2016, the Defendant abused a child on or around November 23, 2016, on the ground that at around 11:51 on November 23, 2016, the Victim G continues to exist from the second floor F of the above childcare center, the victim’s face is taken once by hand, and the victim was satisfed in his/her future.
