A shall be punished by imprisonment of one year and two months, by imprisonment of six months, and by a fine of seven million won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a teacher in the pre-spe of a group of children who take care of three-year-old children in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, “H Child Care Center”, and Defendant B is a teacher in the plant of the species in which he takes care of four-year-old children in the above child care center, and Defendant C is the head of the above child’s house.

1. Defendant A

A. On July 5, 2016, the Defendant committed physical abuse against the victim I, around 15:57, 2016, sent the victim I (J students) out of the instant H Child Care Center and let the victim enter the classroom by pushing the victim out of the classroom due to the defect, and then, the victim took two times due to the outbreak of the bridge, which led the victim to a sound, and then flick the victim.

By doing so, the victim's left development took place, took the victim's part in other classrooms with the victim's seat in another classroom, mixed with the victim's left side, and followed the victim's escape again, and caused the victim's injury, such as a felling felling, etc., from among the 1sts that require the victim's treatment for about three weeks.

As a result, the Defendant committed physical abuse that inflicts bodily harm on the child.

B. From March 22, 2016 to July 5, 2016, the Defendant committed emotional abuse against the victims: (a) around 12:12, 2016; (b) on the part of the victim K (LL students) in the name of the above H H H childcare center, the Defendant took the victim’s name, divided the left side bridge into his hand, and corrected the victim’s attitude by force; and (c) on the part of the victim’s hand, the Defendant took the son’s hand, knife the knife, knife the knife, knife the knife of the victim; and (d) forced the victim to take food, and (e) took the knife the knife by force from July 5, 2016 to 09:57, which caused the mental health and development of the child over 32 occasions, as stated in attached Table 1.

2. Defendant B, around March 10, 2016, 14:45, 201, she saw the snow on the ground that the victim M (N) does not listen to his/her horse, and she saw the snow in his/her hands so that he/she can not cut off or she can remove the snow in his/her hand.
