The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the summary of the reasons for appeal (6 months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the court below has some favorable circumstances, such as the confession of the crime of this case and the violation of his mistake. However, the defendant has been punished several times due to the crime of several methods of transferring or lending the access media of electronic financial transactions, such as passbook in the name of the defendant, card, etc., even before and after the crime is committed.
