1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. In relation to the status of the parties, the Defendant is a juristic person operating the “E Hospital” in Jeju City F (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), and the Plaintiff A (hereinafter “Plaintiff patient”) received surgery from the Defendant Hospital due to cerebralopia, and thereafter led to the life of both banks. The Plaintiff B is the husband of the Plaintiff patient, the Plaintiff C, and the Plaintiff are the children of each Plaintiff patient.
B. Around 09:30 on Nov. 30, 2009, the Plaintiff’s hospital was hospitalized and the first surgery was conducted. Around 09:30 on Nov. 30, 2009, the Plaintiff’s patient sent back to the G Hospital Emergency room located in Jeju City through a 119 first-aid vehicle. As a result, brain CT filming was suspected of having cerebral typosis surgery due to cerebral marc fever in the former transport connection. Under such circumstances, the Plaintiff’s patient appears to have been born until the time of birth and was transferred to the emergency room of the Defendant hospital at around 11:56 on the same day.
