1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. In relation to the Plaintiff A, from around 2001, the butter C’s disease caused the blood transfusion in the terminal of the horse, and the dynasium’s inner diameter is narrow and eventually caused the closure of the bloodline.

After being diagnosed, the Defendant had received outpatient treatment at the Macheon University Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Hospital”) operated by the Defendant, and the Plaintiff B is the mother of Plaintiff A.

B. On August 21, 2011, Plaintiff A complained of two times due to an abortion on August 19, 2011, and was placed in the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital, and returned to the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital on the day of the surgery on the same day because of the discovery of peculiar opinions on the result of the neologic examination.

On August 20, 2011, A visited the emergency room of the Defendant hospital by asking for the symptoms of the left-hand paralysis, etc., and as a result of brain CT shooting conducted on the same day, “the opinion of the blood winging at two friendly governments” was observed.

Accordingly, on August 21, 201, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital continued to conduct an inspection to clarify the cause of the above malone, and performed cerebral typhism (hereinafter “the first surgery”).

C. On August 23, 2011, the medical personnel at the Defendant hospital, who performed the instant first surgery and the instant first surgery on August 29, 2011, conducted brain RI shootings on August 25, 201, and conducted brain he/she on August 29, 2011 to observe the process of the instant first surgery, respectively. As a result, the medical personnel at the Defendant hospital observed that “the brain transfusion was destroyed most, but all of which remains a dyp that was found in brain CT shootings on August 20, 201.”

Accordingly, on August 29, 201, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital performed two strings (hereinafter “the instant secondary surgery”) in order to determine whether the instant strings are the blood species or the strings, and as a result, it was found that it was not the strings.

Medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital 1 in the process of the instant secondary surgery and the conduct of the instant secondary surgery on September 6, 201 are to observe the progress of the instant secondary surgery.
