[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Each of the articles of seizure 1, 2, 3, 5 through 10, 12 through 18.

Criminal facts
[2017 Gohap 7] Defendant A is not a narcotics handler.
1. From May 2016 to October 10 of the same year, Defendant A: (a) discovered 100 marijuana seeds acquired from the Defendant’s house located in Gohap-gun G in Gyeongcheon-gun G to the lower police; (b) discovered 100 marijuana seeds acquired from the Defendant’s house located in Gyeongcheon-gun G, Nam-gun; and (c) found the seeds of the hemp to the vegetable, in a way that the seeds are transferred to the vegetable garden, and harvested the leaves, strings, heats, etc.
Accordingly, the defendant cultivated marijuana.
2. Trading of marijuana by the defendant A;
A. On December 2016, Defendant A traded 100,000 won at the I coffee shop located in Ulsan-gun H, Ulsan-gun, and sold approximately 10g of marijuana cultivated as described in paragraph 1.
B. On February 2017, Defendant A purchased and sold approximately 10g of marijuana cultivated as described in paragraph 1 at the instant I coffee shop with the amount of KRW 1 million paid to J. 1 million.
3. The defendant A’s smoking in marijuana;
A. On March 1, 2017, Defendant A, at the Defendant’s house as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article, smoked by inserting the maribage, cultivated as described in paragraph (1), into the pipe, and attaching a fire to the pipe.
B. At around 01:30 on March 20, 2017, Defendant A, within a passenger car parked on the front of Busan Shipping Daegu, Defendant A smoked by inserting the marith load cultivated as described in paragraph 1 into the pipe and attaching a fire to a smoke.

4. Acceptance of marijuana by the defendant A;
A. On July 2016, Defendant A received marijuana by inserting the hemp in a pipe made by a stuffed paper in the parking lot of the Buddhist temple M in the Gohap-gun L, Jinnam-gun, and delivering it to B without compensation.
B. On August 15, 2016, at around 02:00, Defendant A received marijuana by delivering the hemp in the same manner as the description in paragraph (a) in front of the Defendant’s house located in Gohap-gun G at around 02:00, in the same manner as that in paragraph (4).
5. The defendant B’s smoking in marijuana;
A. Defendant B is a policeman of July 2016, 201.
