1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs and the network G are children of the network H and the network I, Defendant E is the wife of the network G, and Defendant F is the children of the network G.

2. The parties' assertion

A. At the time of the instant purchase and sale contract for the Plaintiffs’ assertion, both the Plaintiffs and the network G were governed by the parental authority of the network I as minors, and thus, the instant sales contract with the purport that the Plaintiffs’ inheritance shares are transferred to the future is an act of interest conflict between minor children and the network G.
