1. Defendant A

A. On September 2014, the Defendant of special larceny with D sold the aforementioned mobile phone and conspired with D to have it divided, if D steals stolen another person’s mobile phone in front of the Gwangju City Library, which was located in Gwangju City Culture, and brought about to the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant, together with D and H, stolen a mobile phone worth of KRW 1 million at the market price.

C. On December 2, 2014, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document completed the Defendant’s first class ordinary driver’s license in the name of the Commissioner of the Gangwon-do Police Agency, which is a public document, under the name of the Commissioner of the Gangwon-do Police Agency, who requested the presentation of a driver’s license from L, who is an employee of the rental company at the request of vehicle rental, and who was in possession, requested the presentation of a driver’s license from L, who is an employee of the rental company.
