Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. B. At around 19:30 on the same day, the Defendants: (a) moved Defendant B and F to a passenger car; (b) Defendant B and F lent a cell phone to the victim M in that place; and (c) Defendant B and F got a cell phone from the victim, one unit of the cellular phone in the amount of KRW 900,000,000, the market price of the victim owned by the victim; and (d) boarded and escaped with Defendant C, who was waiting in the surrounding area.

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of the victim's property by combining them according to the above public offering.
