Defendant
B is the representative director of the limited company C in Yongnam-gun, and the defendant limited liability company C is a corporation established for the purpose of building and repair of ships, manufacturing of components of ships, etc., and defendant A works as the deputy head of the production management division of the above company, and is a worker on duty on duty on May 17, 2013, who was responsible for safety inspection and safety measures at the workplace.
1.
