A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc.;

A. From March 19, 201 to March 09:10, 201, the Defendant installed a total of 100 marine camping machines, yellow dust, and Oral wave game machine in Daejeon Pung-gu, Daejeon, without any trade name, from March 19, 2011 to March 19, 201, and then exchanged 10,000 points to customers who found the game machine where one part of 10,00 won is put into the front part of the game machine; on the screen, 100 points are deducted for each 1 wheels, and 2,50,000 points are deducted from the front part of the screen; and 10% points are deducted from the points obtained by customers, and 10% was deducted from the points obtained by customers.

In this way, the defendant was engaged in speculative acts by using a speculative gaming machine.

B. From November 201 to January 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) installed a total of 100 marine camping machines, yellow dusts, and Oral wave game machine in the entertainment room located in Daejeon Pungdong-gu, Daejeon; and (b) put one part of 10,000 won into the game machine’s shield; (c) put 100 points on the game machine’s shield; (d) put 100 points on the screen so that each 100 points on the screen can be deducted; and (e) put up 250,000 points if there are certain conditions, then put up a game in cash after deducting 10% fees from the points obtained by customers.

In this way, the defendant was engaged in speculative acts by using a speculative gaming machine.

C. From May 18, 2012 to June 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) installed 70 game machine with a game machine that alters a gameter-B game machine, etc. from Daejeon Pung-gu G to the sea open air without trade name; and (b) assigned 10,000 points to customers who found the place one where the game machine was put into the game machine’s face-to-face-to-face page; and (c) granted 100 points to customers who found the place one where the game machine was put into the game machine’s face-to-face page; (d) on the screen, 100 points are deducted for each 1 wheels, and there is sufficient reason to set certain conditions.
