A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On the third floor of the building located in Daejeon Jung-gu, the Defendant is the proprietor of the game room in which the Defendant set up 50 marine camping games, which are objects of speculative acts, and conducts business.

With knowledge that the Defendant was unable to perform a speculative act by using the speculative gaming machines, from March 11, 2009 to March 14:00, 2009, the Defendant: (a) from around March 11, 2009 to around March 14:00, the Defendant: (b) from around March 11, 200, up to around March 12, 2009, issued at least 10,000 points when he puts one part of the right of KRW 10,00 in the face-to-face slot machine into the game machine; and (c) divided the pressing into the main game and the additional game, and then, (d) received at least 2,50,000 points when he can be given a certain condition according to the anticipated result; and (e) from 5,000 points to 1,200 points to 4 points in exchange.

The defendant committed the speculative act of raising profits equivalent to 300,000 won by imposing 500 won per point at fee and exchanging 4,500 won per point.
