A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was living together with the victim B (the 33 years of age) and the 1 year and 6 months of marriage.

1. On December 25, 2018, around 07:15, the injured Defendant inflicted injury on the victim’s owner, who was parked in the Seoul Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Seoul Special Metropolitan City Seoul Special Metropolitan City C apartment △△△dong parking lot, with the victim’s oral dispute in the D car owned by him/her. In response to the victim’s face in drinking, the injured Defendant suffered injury, such as the mouth of a dub that requires approximately three weeks of treatment.

2. Damage to property;

A. On May 6, 2018, at around 03:00, the Defendant destroyed an unregistered cremation unit in the market price owned by the victim by means of cremation, where mobile phones were in dispute with the victim in the FF Loans located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and the glass was damaged.

B. At around 14:00 on September 21, 2018, the Defendant destroyed the said car in a manner of flaging the main set of the instant car owned by the victim by generating the flag, and flaging the side surface into a flag tool.

C. On November 2018, the Defendant destroyed the said car by cutting the front glass of the said car at the G apartment parking lot in the Namyang-si, Namyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do, with a view to cutting it off. D. The Defendant destroyed the said car at the cost of repair.

At the time and place specified in the above Paragraph 1, the Defendant destroyed a black box in the market price owned by the victim by removing a black box, which was installed in the car on which the victim reported to the police, by hand.

3. At around 11:30 on May 25, 2018, the Defendant intruded the victim’s residence by spreading a fire extinguisher, who was on the second floor of the victim’s residence located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the stairs, and by spreading it to the entrance door and the floor.
