A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

One (Evidence No. 1) seized shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed any of the following crimes under the state that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the on-site illness:

A.
