A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fluence) is not a person dealing with narcotics, and thus the Defendant is not a person dealing with narcotics, and thus cannot deal with Metepha (fluorlopon; hereinafter “philopon”).
On August 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) contacted with B by a mobile phone text message around 22:17, to purchase KRW 1.5 gram of 1.5 gramopon; (b) transferred KRW 700,000 to B’s community credit cooperative account (D) in the name of the wife C around the 25th of the same month, but (c) Party B, who acquired gramopon, did not receive a gramopon on the wind arrested to the police as the drug case on the 29th of the same month.
2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant smoked marijuana on the early February 2, 2018, under the highest level near the Defendant’s residence located in Dongducheon-si, Dongducheon-si, and smoked marijuana once in a way of smoking by attaching the flab on the paper of tobacco to the flab.
B. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) smoked marijuana at the places indicated in paragraph (a) around 23:0 in the middle of February 2018, at around 23:0, in the same manner; and (b) once smoked marijuana in the same manner.

On February 2, 2018, the Defendant smoked marijuana on February 2, 2018, at around 23:00, at the places indicated in paragraph (a) around 23:00, and at the same method, the Defendant smoked marijuana once.
(d)
On April 18, 2018, the Defendant smoked marijuana at the places described in paragraph (a) of 2, 2018, and smoked once in the same way.
E. On April 19, 2018, on April 19, 2018, the Defendant, holding marijuana, carried marijuana by putting approximately 0.76 grams 0.76 grams in the Defendant’s back part of the back part of the Gu of “G,” located in Dongducheon-si F and in the second floor, and carrying marijuana.
