A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Criminal facts

On December 8, 2009, the Defendant posted a letter "I ambden 2 billion Aden" by accessing the Internet Game Loba 2 (Baz server) at any place, and then called "I ambden 2 billion". On the other hand, the Defendant reported this to the victim B who requested the conversation with "I will send Anden if I transfer KRW 370,000 to C's National Bank Account (D)."

However, the defendant did not have intention or ability to sell game money.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 370,000 won from the victim to the national bank account in the name of C, and acquired it by fraud.
