Punishment of the crime

The Defendant made a false statement to the victim C who reported and contacted the above writing that “I would send a smartphone air room normally operated if the Defendant wired KRW 45,000.”

However, even if the defendant receives money, he did not have the intention or ability to send a normal product.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim C and acquired 45,00 won from the victim C as the price for smartphone machine.

3. On March 5, 2014, at the same place as above 1, the Defendant posted an advertisement “Poppy 1,700,000 won of the 6DKamer-style new product” on the NAV, a place like the above 1st century.

The Defendant made a false statement to the victim D who reported and contacted the above writing that “on the face of remittance of KRW 1.7 million, the Defendant would send the above goods.”
