A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven the above tourist bus from the upper school distance of Ansan-si, Masan-si on October 16, 2018, the Defendant was found to be the central bed and sent a notice of penalty to Ansansan-gu Police Station guard traffic, and the Inspector D affiliated therewith, while driving the above tourist bus from the upper school distance of Ansan-gu, Masan-gu, Ansan-si; and (b) received a notice of penalty, and (c) caused a strong complaint against the traffic control.

Thus, at around 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant reported to the 1119th day that “Arh is going to the right side of the patrol vehicle that the above police officer D boarded on the road in front of the Seocho-gu, Ansan-gu, the front of the traffic control place.” The above police officer D was partly defective in driving the patrol vehicle to start, and the Defendant was able to get the patrol vehicle in front of the left side of the patrol vehicle, so the latter wheels of the patrol vehicle was flicked with the Defendant’s launch, etc., and the latter wheels of the patrol vehicle was flicked as having the Defendant go to the right side of the patrol vehicle.” The Defendant reported to the 119th day to the effect that “I going to go to the right side of the patrol vehicle while going to the front of the above patrol vehicle.” The Defendant failed to operate the said patrol vehicle until the Defendant was dispatched to the front side of the patrol vehicle belonging to the Ansan-gu, and was sent to the police officer.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officers for traffic control, public safety and maintenance of order through fraudulent means.
