A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months and by a fine not exceeding 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 28, 2019, the Defendant reported to 112 that “A karaoke machine” located in the Busan B’s B, “C Kinging machine in a singing practice room, who was fing a man, while drinking a shot in a singing practice room, was assaulted by a man,” but the circumstances leading up to the Busan BD Zone of the Busan Urban Police Station, E, and F, who was dispatched to the site, did not find any particular illegality, left the scene of the patrol vehicle.

At around 01:55 on the same day, the Defendant discovered the above patrol vehicle, which was going to go to the front of G in Busan Metropolitan City, and then reported to 119 on the content that the said patrol vehicle was carried out as if it was a traffic accident by the said patrol vehicle and that “the said patrol vehicle was carried out by the said patrol vehicle”, the Defendant prevented the above E and F from operating the said patrol vehicle until the said patrol vehicle was called to and sent back to the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officials on the prevention of crimes, public peace and maintenance of order, etc. by deceptive means.

2. On March 28, 2019, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act filed a false report at 112 times in total, on the following four occasions: (a) around 02:41, around the same day; (b) around 02:44; (c) around the same day; (d) around 02:49; and (e) around 02:54, around the same day, at the “I Hospital” located at H, Busan Suwon-gu; and (e) even though the Defendant intentionally faced with the said patrol vehicle, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1).
